Ceramics

Each ceramic piece is unique and handmade by me and so the beauty of it resides sometimes in its small perfect imperfections.

All items dimensions indicated in their descriptions are measured at their largest/widest and are indicative.

Unless specified, every ceramic piece is made in stoneware clay that has been fired up to 1240 degrees celsius, using food safe glazes. Therefore every piece is safe for dishwasher use.

However to prolong the life of your piece, we recommend handwashing to prevent chipping or even cracking.

As for microwave use, we recommend against as some glazes have a high metal content that could cause a fire.

Commissions

If something has caught your eye but has already sold, please get in touch and I could make another one for you, similar but not identical though.

Every piece is handmade by myself and will come out slightly different in size or colour due to firing.

I could make a new one for you, send you pictures with measurements and let you decide if you want it.

Please keep in mind that doing so would most likely take between 2 and 4 weeks

Shipping or Collecting

We are currently shipping to the UK only.

For all orders to be shipped outside of the UK, please get in touch before placing your order so that we can provide you with the costs and set up a bespoke payment option for shipping.

All orders exported outside the UK may incur local taxes and possibly import charges, which the buyer will be responsible for.

If you are local and would like to collect your order, please select this option at check-out and we will arrange for a suitable day and time.

Collection is available from Chiswick W4 (London) nearby Turnham Green Tube station (District Line)

Return Policy

All sales are final.

However, if an item arrives damaged, please get in touch with us as quickly as possible and we will try to sort something out.
